A company built to develop
meaningful cancer therapies
Gordian Pharma was founded in 2020 to exploit the work originally undertaken at the Institute of Cancer Research (London). The aim was to complete the regulatory validation of MTL-004, a novel and highly specific DNA-damaging agent, and to prepare a therapeutic product for the local treatment of solid cancers.
Our lead programme is focused on glioblastoma (GBM), one of the most aggressive and challenging cancers to treat, where new approaches are urgently needed.
